Refund Policy

Order Processing & Production:

All orders are processed and entered into production shortly after purchase.

Once an order has been processed, entered production, or prepared for shipment, it is considered final and is no longer eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree that their order will begin fulfilment and cannot be reversed once this stage has started.


Shipping Responsibility:

Once an order has been processed, entered production, or shipped, the package is in the hands of the fulfilment process and shipping carrier. At that stage, the routing, handling, and delivery of the shipment are outside of our direct control.

AinsleysHeels are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Lost during transit

  • Marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

  • Delayed due to carrier issues, customs processing, or logistical delays


Delivery & Timeframes:

All customers are informed at the time of purchase that orders are made and fulfilled after processing. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on production schedules and shipping conditions.

By placing an order, customers agree to allow reasonable time for production and delivery before raising disputes or claims.

Customers agree to these terms at the time of purchase. By completing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
